If you are reading this, you will have probably read Transformational Culture and/or you have attended one of TCM’s transformational culture webinars or workshops. This meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to ask us your questions about a transformational culture. We will also ask you a few questions about your organisation and your goals and objectives. This gives us the opportunity to develop a broad scope and we will supply you with indicative costings, timescales and deliverables.

The 5D review is a chance for one of TCM’s expert culture change consultants to work with you and your colleagues to assess the current challenges and opportunities within your organisation. Using our innovative Transformational Culture Assessment, they will prepare a detailed report for you which covers the entire Transformational Culture Model™. The final report will highlight existing best practice, areas for improvement, potential benefits, a proposed culture change methodology, a draft scope, proposed project plan and stakeholder analysis. The 5D review lasts for between 7-10 days and is designed to help you to evaluate if a transformational culture is right for your organisation and if so, how to do it.
PREPARING FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE
Now that the 5D review is concluded, we will work with you to finalise the critical success factors, the project plan, the change management methodology, the cost benefit analysis and the strategic impetus required to drive a transformational culture.
We will ensure that a wide cross section of your stakeholders are engaged fully in all aspects of the design and implementation of your transformational culture.
ONGOING MONITORING & EVALUATION
We will work with you to evaluate the transformational culture over a period of 36 months. This will ensure that the programme can be adapted and amended in real time.
